Change in Mekonomen’s management

Casper Seifert is to leave the position of CFO at Mekonomen AB. Both parties have agreed that this change will apply as of 19 February 2007.

Casper Seifert will be replaced by Bo Rutberg, 55, who becomes Acting CFO. Bo Rutberg’s previous positions have included Finance Director and Group Controller at SAS, as well as earlier experience from Atlas Copco.
